About Two Small Farms

Two Small Farms is a collaboration between High Ground Organics and Mariquita Farm in Watsonville and Hollister. High Ground Organics farms the cool coastal bluffs of Watsonville and specializes in berries, flowers, and cool weather crops. Mariquita Farm grows in the warmer inland region of the Bolsa in between Hollister and Gilroy and takes responsibility for heat-loving crops like tomatoes, peppers, melons, cucumbers, and basil. Together the farms send out a mixed box of vegetables, greens, and fruits each week with flowers for those who wish.

What's in the box?

“Two share types are available, the Share and the Share with flowers. We consider a Share to be sufficient for a family of four for one week. A vegetarian family who rarely eats out will need more than the weekend gourmet; so some families share a share with another family, others get two shares. Large households or co-ops may want to buy two shares.”

When will my box arrive?

Your box will be delivered to Cooks Boulevard, and will be available for pickup on Wednesdays between 2pm and 7pm. Two Small Farms is responsible for all charges, and any changes to your payment information or account can by made directly with them.

How much does it cost?

Two Small Farms has a 36 week season running from March through Thanksgiving. In addition to paying for the entire 36 week season all at once, you have the option of paying for 9 weeks at a time. For brand new members, Two Small Farms also offers a four week trial. Regardless of the payment periods below, you can join Two Small Farms at any time and they'll just pro-rate your subscription. If they receive your payment by Friday your first box will usually be ready for pickup the very next Wednesday.
