The Cheese Course Class

The unique and complex flavors of cheeses can be accentuated and elevated in a variety of ways. Learn about the different kinds of cheeses, and how to best enjoy them. In this course we will cover plating, pairings with foods and wine, and how to make some cheesy accompaniments.

About Your Teacher

Chef Anne Cornell will be teaching this class. Anne has worked as a chef across the country; most recently she was chef at Parea Wine Bar and a chef instructor for various Whole Foods cooking classes, where she used her knowledge of wine and fresh foods to invigorate the palate and the mind. Her cooking style is mostly savory, with an emphasis on merging classic preparation with the modern palate. In teaching she emphasizes that students approach cooking as a "chance to be creative and experiment." The kind of foods she enjoys cooking most, and therefore teaching, are layered with flavors to produce multi dimensional dishes.

Registration

You can register online right now, or feel free to drop by the store or give us a call at (415)647-2665. Payment is required at the time of registration. Our classes tend to fill up quickly, so we suggest registering as early as is possible for you.

Cancellation Policy

Please consider your registration similar to a movie or theater ticket its non-refundable. If you find that you are unable to attend a class, consider sending someone else in your place. You are also welcome to call us and ask whether we can resell your seat. If we are able to resell your seat, were happy to offer you your money back. Of course if we need to cancel a class for any reason, we will offer you a full refund.
