While we do offer weekly knife sharpening throughout the year, we know that this is a busy time of year for cooks. To make things just a little bit easier, we're offering on-the-spot knife sharpening on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Just bring your knives, scissors, shears, and other sharpenables to our shop between 10am and 2pm on Saturday, November 22nd and they'll be sharpened while you wait

This is a very popular service, so we recommend that you drop your knives off early for the quickest turnaround. As Matt gets backed up with knives, your wait could be a little longer. Of course, there's lots to do in Noe Valley while you are waiting. Matt will stay until all the knives are finished, so you don't have to worry that he will 'fill up' and not be able to sharpen any more.
