Pies & Tarts Class

Learn how to make beautiful, fresh and flavorful pies that you will be proud to take to any gathering, including dinner. We'll learn to make the pie look as good as it tastes, and taste as good as it looks. Common problems that well tackle include: how to repair cracks and tears in dough, how to make an evenly cooked crust, and how to flute or lattice your pie. As a special treat, we will make Pissaladiere, a classic French pizza that's made with a tart-like crust -- this savory tart will impress.
