Essential Knife Skills Class

Our first class was such a success that we're happy to offer it again for those of you who were unable to get a seat.
In this hands-on class you'll learn practical knife information and skills
that enhance your day-to-day cooking. Learn which knives to choose for which
tasks, and gain experience with essential knife techniques like chopping and
mincing. You'll leave this class with a new level of confidence about using your

Knife Sharpening
Every Week
Drop your knives off any week by Sunday at 6pm, and they'll be sharp and ready to pick up when we open on Tuesday at 11am. Price averages $7 per knife.
