Shipping
We work hard to process your order as quickly as possible -- most orders ship within 24 hours.
Orders ship from San Francisco, California, via UPS Ground service. We do not currently offer express shipping.
We currently ship to street addresses in the continental United States. While we are working to expand our shipping destinations,
we regret that we do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APOs/FPOs, to Alaska or Hawaii, or internationally.
Our shipping rates are based on the order total, before any taxes:

Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund of your purchase price.
We will issue you a shipping credit if your return is because of an incorrect or defective product. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase.

We recommend that you ship your return via an insurable and trackable service such as UPS Ground.
Sales Tax
We collect state sales tax on orders shipping to California. We collect state and local taxes for orders shipping to San Francisco, California.
Gift Wrapping
We do not currently offer gift wrapping for online purchases.

We value your privacy. As a general rule, we do not give, rent, or sell your personal information to third parties. We believe that you should remain in control
or your personal information. We do provide information to companies that assist us in processing your order (for example, our credit card processor requires your name, and our shipper requires your address). We also may provide your
information to third parties when we believe the law requires us to do so.
