Advanced Knife Skills Class: Whole Chicken
Cutting up a whole chicken at home allows you to minimize waste and save at the market. Join Chef Jeremy Moran as he shows us how to separate the bones, halve the chicken, and more -- all while using a knife you probably already own: your chefs knife. He'll even show us his favorite chicken marinade and a simple, yet flavor packed chicken recipe.

18 years of cooking experience, and is a dynamic, engaging teacher.
Registration

(415)647-2665. Payment is required at the time of registration. Our classes tend to fill up quickly, so we suggest registering as early as is possible for you.
Cancellation Policy
Please consider your registration similar to a movie or
theater ticket its non-refundable. If you find that you are unable to attend a class,
consider sending someone else in your place. You are also welcome to call us and
ask whether we can resell your seat. If we are able to resell your seat, were happy
to offer you your money back. Of course if we need to cancel a class for any
reason, we will offer you a full refund.
